The iCOMPLi application is an enhancement to the RightProspectus document repository - a convenient way to distribute and track the delivery and receipt of both print and e-mail versions of investor communications, including prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information (SAIs) and supplements. RightProspectus is an advanced, easy-to-use system that tracks and updates documents automatically as changes are filed with the SEC, ensuring constant access to current and accurate prospectuses. This streamlines prospectus delivery and makes it easier to remain in compliance. The RightProspectus document repository platform's electronic delivery capabilities provide significant cost saving opportunities and allow RR Donnelley to serve the entire life cycle of prospectus delivery. In the past, for broker/dealers and financial advisors to have a prospectus at point of sale, it meant planning ahead to have a printed prospectus available when they met a client. It was also difficult to know if the printed prospectus on hand was the most current. RR Donnelley has developed the RightProspectus iCOMPLi application to address these needs. With the RightProspectus iCOMPLi application, noncompliance is a thing of the past. The document repository provides intermediaries with the access to the most current prospectuses on almost any mobile device. This ability increases revenue due to the speed with which they can bring products to market, enhances a retail channel's flexibility to access any product in their suite while in the field, and reduces the costs associated with duplicate delivery of prospectuses at point-of-sale. The RightProspectus iCOMPLi application allows a broker/dealers and financial advisors to access the RightProspectus repository which contains over 23,000 share class documents. Using the resident e-mail application, the broker/dealers and financial advisors can send the link from the repository to the client, and every aspect of the communication can be tracked and reported in case of an audit.
